Data Collection and Use

Visiting Our Website

When you access our website, information is automatically collected by the browser used on your device. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

•IP address of the requesting computer

•Date and time of access

•Name and URL of the retrieved file

•Website from which access is made (referrer URL)

•Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider

The mentioned data is processed by us for the following purposes:

•Ensuring a smooth connection setup of the website

•Ensuring comfortable use of our website

•Evaluation of system security and stability

•For other administrative purposes

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above for data collection. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered into the contact form is thus exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

Data Sharing

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only share your personal data with third parties if:

•You have given your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR

•The disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data

•In the event that a legal obligation exists for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR

•It is legally permissible and required for the execution of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR

Data Subject Rights

You have the right:

•To request information about your personal data processed by us pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can obtain information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about their details

•To request the immediate correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR

•To request the deletion of your personal data stored by us pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims

•To request the restriction of the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, but you oppose its erasure, and we no longer need the data, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR

•To receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another controller pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR

•To revoke your consent at any time pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR. As a result, we are no longer permitted to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future

•To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work, or our company headquarters

Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access.
